Microsoft Teams is a collaboration and messaging tool that will be used in many of your classes at Hallmark University. It provides easy communication within your classes and between you and your instructors, as well as Hallmark staff.
Teams is available as a downloadable app on Android, iOS and PC devices, and also has a web app available on the Microsoft 365 portal at Office.com.
Downloading Teams for iPhone

On your device, open the App Store. Search for Microsoft Teams. Press the cloud with the down arrow icon to begin downloading. After the app installs, press the Open button. When asked, enter your Hallmark University email address and your password. You will now be signed into Teams on your device and will receive notifications. |
Downloading Teams for Android

On your Android device, open the Google Play Store. Search for Microsoft Teams. Press the Install button. After the app installs, press the Open button. When asked, enter your Hallmark University email address, and sign in with your password. You will now be signed into Teams on your device and will receive notifications. |
Accessing Teams through the web

On your device, navigate to portal.office.com. Sign in with your Hallmark University email address and your password. Once at the Microsoft 365 home page, click the app grid icon in the top-left corner of the page. Click on Teams. You will be taken to the web version of Microsoft Teams. |
